The scariest thing about Salem, Mass. is not the cemetery, it's the drivers on the road to get there. From our base in Gloucester (The Perfect Storm) we took a day to tour Salem. There is a painted red line on the sidewalk to follow so you don't miss any of the attractions , including The House of 7 Gables...
...The town cemetery, where accused witches are buried. How would you like this to be your bedroom window...
...and of course, the Witch Museum (no pictures allowed inside, I guess it scares the spirits).
The town commons even have a statue dedicated to the show Bewitched... ah television, it's influences are everywhere.

Hey ! That is scarey...I was there in the 1970's and not much has changed! The roads were bad then too :-)
